Abstract
Discussion is going on about knowledge management (KM), how to apply these methods in everyday life and how to measure the results of these. The main problems which support the necessity of managing the knowledge are: (a) increasing
information available worldwide; (b) increasing number of people with high education, and (c) increasing complexity of the problems to be solved.
