%X Extrusion of lightweight materials such as aluminum and magnesium often generates anisotropic material properties within the extrudates. The material flow is a key characteristic that influences the material properties during extrusion. In this project, the ability to reduce the anisotropy by utilizing additively manufactured dies is investigated.
