Kinetic measurements revealed that side reactions limit the molecular weights and lower the polydispersity. A maximum degree of branching of DB 0.4 and a reactivity ratio, r = k A/k B = 18 ± 5, was determined.}, note = {Online available at: \url{https://doi.org/10.1002/masy.200650811} (DOI).
